What is #TrainForSchools?
#TrainForSchools is our way of making a real impact on education through the power of community and cycling. Running from August 19 to August 25, this campaign invites everyone to join in and ride on Motosumo to support a vital cause. For every 100 kilometers cycled, we’ll donate $1 to provide essential educational resources. Our goal is to collectively ride 150,000 kilometers and raise $1,500 to support schools in need. It’s not just about the miles you log, but about coming together to help improve education where it’s needed most.
About Human Practice Foundation
Since 2014, the Human Practice Foundation has been dedicated to enhancing education in under-resourced areas. With a 100% donation model, they ensure that every contribution directly supports meaningful projects. This campaign will help provide critical educational tools and resources, such as mobile science labs, to schools in need. By focusing on practical solutions and direct support, HPF is working to create lasting change and opportunities for students, helping to break the cycle of poverty through better education.
Cycle For Change
“The community feeling is important to our users and they push themselves harder when they train with others - either in the same room or virtually. By adding this extra layer to the workout experience, we’ll all end up doing something together for the greater good,” says co-founder and CEO Kresten Juel Jensen.
Motosumo's tech platform enables indoor cyclists from around the world to participate in impact events. The platform emphasizes team and community building, enhancing the collective energy and elevating the team-building experience. Join the Motosumo community in making a positive impact on the world. If the campaign goes well, Motosumo hopes to do more "cycle for change" initiatives and even invite users to help decide the nature of these campaigns.
